SMS Terms
These terms cover text messages sent by TruDocket, a product of Kilvington Digital. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Programs
We run two text message programs. You choose each one separately at sign-up or in the app's Notifications settings, and you can be in one, both, or neither.
Account notifications
Messages about your TruDocket account and service: trial ending reminders, payment problems, requests for a hearing office contact, and replies to your support questions. These are sent only when the event happens. Message frequency varies with your account activity.
Updates and offers
Occasional messages about new features, referral rewards, and TruDocket news. No more than four messages per month, sent between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your time zone, never on Sundays.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the box for each program you want, then replying YES to the confirmation text we send. We do not send program messages until we receive your YES. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing TruDocket.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from TruDocket. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also turn off either program in the app under Settings, then Notifications, or email info@kilvingtondigitalmarketing.com.

Cost
TruDocket does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; delivery is subject to carrier availability.
Privacy
Your mobile number and your consent choices are stored with your account and used only to send the messages you have chosen. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
