Open your itinerary
Drop in the CSV or Excel file you export from the scheduling portal. TruDocket finds your hearings in it and ignores everyone else's.
Connect your calendar
Sign in once with your Google or Microsoft account. TruDocket only asks for calendar access and permission to send email on your behalf.
Review the match
Each hearing shows as accepted, waiting for you, or missing. One click accepts everything that's waiting.
Send the report
Missing invites go to the right hearing office contact automatically, grouped by office, with your BPA manager copied.
Your hearing data stays on your computer.
Claimant information is sensitive, so TruDocket is built as a program you install, not a website you upload to. We never see your itinerary, your calendar, or your reports.
